What are the ticket types? 

There are limited number of tickets available to Fright Fest 2025.These are defined below;
 

Day Only pass
Day only tickets will only be admitted between opening and 5pm of that day
example, (A Friday admission ticket will not be valid on Saturday)
All day only ticket holders must exit the festival at 5pm.
Day only passes do not allow access to the Main Stage area. 

Day and Night Pass.
Day and Night ticket holders can enjoy everything Fright Fest has to offer for that day / night.
Example, (A Friday admission ticket will not be valid on Saturday)
Main stage access is available and included to all Day and night pass ticket holders. 

Full Weekend Passes
A Full weekend pass gives access to ALL days and nights of Fright Fest 2025.
From opening on Friday until close on Sunday. 

Kids
Kids under 5 are free
Kids 5-14 have reduced prices for all ticket types. 

 

entry to main stage? Can I reserve seating?

Main stage is accessible to ticket holders with a DAY & NIGHT pass ONLY.  
These will be identified by different colour wrist bands. 
Main stage is general admission only, if you wish to have a seat you would need to purchase one of the VIP tickets which will give you access to upstairs and seating.

costumes what is permitted? 
We encourage all guests to come dressed for halloween in costume and even offer prizes for the best costumes and outfits. However for the safety of all guest the following is NOT permitted.

No Full Face Coverings: Decorative full face coverings, full-face masks, or heavy makeup that obscures facial identification are prohibited for safety reasons

Accessories. Costume accessories that are considered weapons or dangerous or large items are not permitted. These include, but are not limited to; knives or blades, power tools, fake weapons etc.

suitable for children? 
Fright Fest is accessible to all ages. But due to the Halloween theme and nature of the event we ask parents to use judgment. During the day the event will be significantly less scary and aimed at family fun.

Spooky sounds, screams, howls etc and lighting effects, including strobe lighting, haze & smoke will be used throughout the event. With sound effects from hidden speakers throughout. These will intensify at night after 5pm. 

There are scare actors present, but during the day they will be less intense than at night (after 5pm)

will I be touched & what if i'm scared? 
Our scare actors are walking around the festival, as well as in our haunted passage. (While the haunted passage is more intense and scary, we recognise that some people might be less tolerant to the Halloween atmosphere).
Our actors will not touch you at any time and if, at anytime, you feel scared, all you have to do is say stop or hold up your hand (flat palm out) as the universal symbol for STOP.
Our actors will not continue and walk onto someone else.


We ask that you do the same. Fright Fest will not tolerate and abuse or trying to scare our actors.

what is the haunted passage? 
The haunted passage is our Scare maze / walkthrough. It is a themed walkthrough which is included in the price of admission. There are intense sound fx, lighting fx, smoke, jumps scares as well as scare actors inside.

You may feel some props like webbing etc as you walk through. There are hidden speakers with sound fx throughout as well as scare actors. As with the general festival areas, our actors will not touch you at any time and if, at anytime, you feel to scared, all you have to do is say stop or hold up your hand (flat palm out) as the universal symbol for STOP. Our actors will not continue to scare you.  Please do not touch the actors.

If at anytime you would like to be escorted out of the Haunted passage please cross both arms over your chest or ask to leave. Our scare actors will instantly drop the act and lights will come up and a Fright Fest staff member will escort you from the attraction. 

 

pass outs & upgrades?

You can come and go from the festival as you please. On entry patrons will be given a wrist band. Just show this wrist band on re entry. Ticket upgrades will be available at the venue if you wish to come back for another day or upgrade to a weekend pass or if you have a day only ticket and wish to stay for the headliner acts.
