Terms and Conditions of ENTRY to FRIGHT FEST

Prohibited Items:

Alcohol and Drugs: You cannot bring alcohol or drugs onto the premises, and may be refused entry if you are intoxicated.

Bags: Bags will be subject to security screening on entry.

Glass and Sharp Objects: These are not permitted..

Costumes:

No Full Face Coverings: Decorative full face coverings, full-face masks, or heavy makeup that obscures facial identification are prohibited for health and safety reasons. Costumes and light makeup is welcomed. Face masks for health reasons are permitted, but must only cover the nose and mouth.

Safety: Costume accessories that are considered weapons or dangerous or large items are not permitted. These include but are not limited to; knives or blades, power tools, fake weapons

Please don’t scare the zombies / scare actors or other guests. No taunting, touching, following, or yelling at the zombies / scare actors

Do not touch, remove, or damage props, scenery, webbing, or landscaping.

Shows and attractions contain strobes, latex, fog, loud noises, and other effects.

The event will feature spooky and scary lighting, sound and atmospheric effects throughout the festival. Loud sound effects. smoke & strobe lighting is used. These effects will be smaller and less scary until 5pm. At 5pm the scare factor will increase. While the event is admissible to all ages we recommend parents make the judgment call as to children coming past 5pm, some elements of the festival may be frightening to young children past this time.

Tickets and Refunds:

Ticket Types: There are limited number of tickets available to Fright Fest 2025.These are defined below;

Day Only passDay only tickets will only be admitted between opening and 5pm of that day example, (A Friday admission ticket will not be valid on Saturday)All day pass ticket holders must exit the festival at 5pm.Day passes do not allow access to the Main Stage area.

Day and Night Pass.Day and Night ticket holders can enjoy everything Fright Fest has to offer that day / night.Example, (A Friday admission ticket will not be valid on Saturday)Main stage access is available and included to all Day and night pass ticket holders.

Full Weekend PassesA Full weekend pass gives access to ALL days and nights of Fright Fest 2025. From opening on Friday until close on Sunday.

Kids under 5 are free

Kids 5-14 have reduced prices for all ticket types.

Non-Refundable: Fright Fest 2025 tickets are generally non-refundable for purposes such as change of mind or after the event for any reason. In the unlikely event of reschedule or event cancelation, your tickets will be refundable or transferable to the new dates.

Rescheduling: If rescheduled for any reason your tickets will be able to be transferred over to the new dates or refunded.

Not Included: A ticket gives you admission to the event. All food, Carnival Rides, Carnival Games & Beverages are sold separately.
